Challenge
Our company’s overseas affiliate division needed Operational and Food Safety Training for their teams.
Solution
I developed a comprehensive training program tailored to the needs of our overseas division that focused on foundational LEAN manufacturing principles as well as industry-leading operational methods.
The week-long training course was attended by over 30 participants and allowed them to go back to their respective plants to apply the learnings.
Outcome
The highlight of this training experience was when they asked me to come back because one of their plants was starting up a new packaging line and they wanted to designate me as the honorary manager representative to “christen” the new line.
